Cole Slaw

1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup finely diced onion (1 small to medium onion)
2 stalks finely diced celery
1/2 cup finely diced green pepper
1/2 cup shredded carrots

3/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt

Combine vegetables. In separate container, mix vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour over vegetables. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight before serving.

This serves 6 as a side dish.
